This position is anchored in our Industry strategy office. Here, there is a fast paced and highly skilled environment, where your opinion and honest feedback is welcomed. The team currently consists of a strategy consultant, a strategy project manager, and the strategy Director. The position offers great responsibility and development opportunities, both personally and professionally.
The Position is based at our HQ in Bjerringbro, Denmark, where most of your time will be spent, as you need to be close to the Industry Leadership Team, key stakeholders, and colleagues to succeed.

 

What is the job about?
As a Strategy Manager you will act as right hand to the Strategy Director and be an important sparring partner on strategic issues and decisions. Furthermore, you will be leading selected strategic projects, ensuring high quality and fast turnaround. You will also be responsible for ensuring that we have clear and professional communication in internal and external presentations as well as support on key analysis. Additionally, you will be driving the global strategy deployment process. 

 

Moreover, you will:

  • Support the development of a new process and operating models from your previous strategy experience.
  • Drive the global strategy deployment including creating structure and key processes collaborating closely with the functional strategy leads and other stakeholders
  • Manage the strategy reporting tools (X-Matrix, PowerBi and Excel) 
  • Support the development of strategy creation through sparring on best practices, tools, analysis, workshops etc.
  • Project lead for strategic and financial ad hoc projects
  • Prepare key communication material based on input from stakeholders. 
  • Support and co-develop key deliverables to Group management and Board of Directors.
  • Act as a right hand to the Industry Strategy Director and be a valuable sparring partner on strategic issues such future vision, strategy, and M&A topics 

 

Your background: 
You have a strategic mindset, analytical skills, and discipline to stay in focus and on track. You enjoy setting structure and developing processes independently while being a team player.

 

Furthermore, we imagine that:

  • You have experience working with strategy, strategy development and implementation from the consulting industry or from a private company in their strategy department
  • You have an educational background within Business, Strategy, Finance or similar
  • You possess strong stakeholder and project management skills
  • You are a hard worker and dedicated to getting things done
  • You have an interest in innovation and sustainability
