Senior Project Manager, Project Planning & Resources

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager, Project Planning & Resources who will be responsible for setting AME standard and driving the continuously improvement and deployment of AME processes, methods and tools for Project planning and Resource Management in AME.

Your responsibilities as Senior Project Manager, Project Planning & Resources will be related to:
•    AME Resource portfolio planning level.
•    Being a link between AME project and request from PU/Plants and Group functions.
•    Identifying and making recommendation for Performance measures, follow-up and recommendation of actions if deviations.
•    Yearly/monthly/weekly cycle planning.
•    Making training material and train user in systems. Processes, methods and tools.
•    Driving superuser community related to resource management tools, methods and processes.
•    Power BI and ad hoc adjustments.
•    Risk Management.

What do you need to apply?
•    Bachelor’s in engineering; Operations, automations, digitalization, Mechanical or 
similar;
•    5+ years of relevant work experience within a mid to large technical organization;
•    Familiar with IT systems for handling process documentation and SAP etc.;
•    English language required, high level written and spoken;

Furthermore, we imagine you have:
•    Experience with Manufacturing Projects, process standardization, manufacturing; 
performance measures and investment;
•    Successful track record supported by strong recommendations;
•    Excellent communication skills and ability to explain and argue key purpose and benefit of process across different professionals and organizational levels;
•    High drive and passion to lead and must be proactive, make results and deliver, and at the same time keep high quality standards;
•    Ability to take responsibility for setting global standards, and driving/ leading global processes and people globally.
