As our new Senior Workspace Experience Specialist, you'll drive employee experience, workplace engagement and change initiatives across global locations, shaping how Grundfos employees work, collaborate and thrive.
 

What you will be doing

As part of the Global People & Workspace team, you'll translate workplace data and employee feedback into improvements that enhance the everyday experience for colleagues across our global sites.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Drive employee experience and workplace engagement initiatives globally, using workplace data and employee feedback to identify improvement opportunities
  • Lead communication, stakeholder engagement and change management supporting workplace transformations
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align workplace solutions with business needs
  • Support the development and implementation of global workspace concepts, standards and employee experience initiatives
  • Develop strategic recommendations and business cases based on workplace insights and business needs
  • Lead workplace projects with HR, Group Facility, business stakeholders and external partners, ensuring delivery within scope, quality, timeline and budget

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you're a collaborative and outgoing professional who can turn employee insights into practical workplace solutions. You bring facilitation and stakeholder management skills and experience driving change in international, matrix-based organisations. We'd also imagine that you are/have:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in employee experience, workplace strategy, change management, service design or similar disciplines
  • Proven ability to support cross-functional projects and translate employee insights into practical solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills in international, matrix-based environments
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

It's a plus if you also:

  • Hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Employee Experience, Workplace Strategy, Service Design, Change Management, UX, People & Culture or a related field
  • Have experience supporting organisational change and adoption at a global scale
  • Have strong PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills for developing business cases and recommendations

You'll also be available to travel up to 20 days per year.
