Leadership
Senior Supply Chain Director
Job Description

Are you a seasoned supply chain leader ready to drive strategic performance at scale across our Domestic Building Services (DBS) Division?  Join us in our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and improving quality of life.

What you will be doing
As Senior Supply Chain Director – DBS Division, you will lead end to end supply chain strategy and execution across the division. You will own and run the full SIOP process, drive inventory optimization, and oversee global operations across assembly sites and distribution centers, while building high performing teams in a complex matrix organization.

You report to VP of Operations, DBS, and are an active member of the DBS Operations Leadership Team.

As part of the DBS Division Operations team, you will shape supply chain strategies that accelerate growth, reduce lead times, and strengthen global customer performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Own and run the full SIOP process, with special focus of demand and supply part; including chairing Executive SIOP
  • Use SIOP process as one of the levers to enable sales growth
  • Drive a customer-centric supply chain by translating customer requirements into supply chain strategies, ensuring high delivery reliability and service excellence across markets – especially growth priorities such as OEM customers
  • Oversee operations and SQDICP performance across assembly sites, plants, and distribution centers globally
  • Lead a global organization of ~70 people (6 direct reports) and matrix teams, fostering a people-first and continuous improvement culture
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, HR, Quality, Purchasing, and logistics partners to reduce lead times and maintain strong customer performance

What makes you a great fit
You are a decisive supply chain leader with strong executive presence, balancing strategic thinking with operational rigor and a proven track record in complex global organizations. We would also imagine that you have:

  • 10+ years of global supply chain and logistics experience with deep knowledge of direct/indirect supply bases, S&OP processes, and inventory management
  • Proven ability to deliver SQDICP results in large international organizations
  • Experience leading leaders in a matrix environment, building trust through a clear, people-centered leadership style

Why you will love working here
You’ll be a valued member of our global leadership community - a diverse network of pioneers who guide others in seeing possibilities. Day to day, you can look forward to:

  • A working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours, home working opportunities and parental support.
  • Annual bonuses, health insurance, and a strong focus on well-being activities.
  • Three days' additional paid leave for volunteering in your community.
  • Access to on-demand training and learning sessions and carefully structured programs to pursue personal and professional development opportunities.
