Senior Solutions Developer
Job Description

Dedicate yourself as a senior developer focusing on excellent quality, good principles and help us improve our software development culture and modernize our product data platform as part of the Grundfos strategy.
 

What is the job about?

You will be joining our “Team Catalogue Experience” with developers, business consultants, Scrum Master and a dedicated Product Owner. The responsibility of the team is driving the development and maintenance of software tools for finding product information content. We are changing the data source of product data for Grundfos.com. At the same time, we are refactoring the webpage and building a new backend for frontend to handle orchestration of product data. You will be working with a group of experienced front enders with Java experience primarily from AEM. Our agile journey has been ongoing for some years, and we have managed to show great success.

Here you will be taking on the role of Senior Systems Developer, which means that you will help drive our solutions forward. In this role it is essential that you have the potential and can see it as the next natural progression in your career to become the technical lead person in the team. Ensuring that we work with quality in mind, pioneer new technologies. Ensuring performance is vital in this function.

 

Your main responsibilities:

You are comfortable in sharing your knowledge with other people, and you possess the ability to give constructive feedback to colleagues, as well as receiving it. In terms of more explicit technology stack experience we imagine that you encompass the following.

  • Minimum 6 to 8 years’ experience within programming
    • Java
    • Spring Boot / Quarkus
    • Gradle – Kotlin
    • Open Shift
    • Azure
    • Adobe Experience Manager
    • Vue3
    • JavaScript

Advantage that you have:

  • Experience working with Microservices
  • Experience with Continuos Integration
  • Interest in DevOps and securing that we work with good tools and optimized release pipelines
  • Ability to identify and promote new technologies to be used in the team
  • Experience with API management and integrations 
  • Ability to understand the language of enterprise architects, and translate into executable stories for the team
  • The ability to be our teams voice and advocate in the architecture group
  • Experience working with UX and dedicated UX experts
  • Experience working with expert testers and test strategy

We expect that you can positively influence others. It is natural for you to collaborate with other departments within our IT department and IT operations as well as the business. Being fluent in English both in writing and verbal is required
