What is the job about?
You will be taking part in the complete development cycle for new innovative and connected solutions for CBS.
As Senior Software Developer, you play a central role in the software team. You will be involved in the complete development cycle from analysis, design and architecture over coding and unit test to system testing and verification. Furthermore, you will take part in the platform and process development across the software organization. It is also expected that you can play a role in software architecture and technology analysis for the next generation of products.
Your main responsibilities:
• You will join our Software Team DK department in Bjerringbro, which is part of a larger, international software organization with 110 colleagues placed in Denmark, China and India.
• In your daily work, you will become part of a Danish scrum team with 7 software developers, a Scrum Master and a Product Owner. The team works in close collaboration with other teams in Denmark and India and you should expect 5-10 days of travelling.
• At Grundfos, we are in a transformation process where digital offerings are very much in focus. The Software department is closely involved in this transformation and you are also expected to participate and contribute to this journey.

Your background:
We imagine that you have:
You are an experienced embedded software developer with deep embedded C knowledge.
You could have a bachelor's or master’s degree in science or engineering.
We expect that you are communicative effortlessly in English both verbally and in writing.
Experience in the following areas is an advantage:
• distributed embedded system design and architecture
• agile SW development – Scrum and scaling scrum
• design and implementation of control and automation algorithms
• tools such as Doors, Pure::Variants, Jira, Bitbucket
• CI/CD and high focus on quality
