What is the job about? 

We need you for the next year as our skilled Service Specialist in the Global Service & Solutions Team. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing service concepts for our different product lines. Furthermore, you will be troubleshooting methodology for new and existing products while demonstrating a high degree of understanding of customer needs. 

 

Your main responsibilities: 

  • Provide after-sales service technical expertise – at pump and system/application level. 
  • Offer expertise technical support to the Service Technicians in connection with specific service cases. 
  • Provide service-related product training and technical support to customers and colleagues for new and existing products and their applications. 
  • Participate in new product introductions projects and Products Life Management Teams.

Your background: 
We imagine that you have:  

  • High technical understanding, ideally within pump design and pump application from a service perspective. 
  • Experience managing defined processes within product development.
  • Industry experience within a business environment, - if in a large manufacturing environment – this is a plus. 
  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience besides formal education. 
  • Knowledge of the plans, processes, and activities within the functional area in the service environment. 
  • Good collaboration skills.

You are a natural in communicating on many levels of the whole company, and you can apply your expertise and technology knowledge.
