Senior Project Manager
Job Description

As our new Senior Project Manager, you will be managing large-scale technology development projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time and within budget while coordinating across sensor technology, controls, and divisional development organizations. What you will be doing
As a key part of the Sensor Technology, Technology Innovation team, you'll create impact by Leading cross-functional projects that bring innovative sensor and electromechanical solutions from idea to market, directly shaping the next generation of Grundfos products.


Your main responsibilities include:
•    Manage all aspects of large development projects from initiation through completion, ensuring on-time delivery within agreed budget
•    Drive project planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking in compliance with Grundfos processes and standards
•    Assess, manage, and mitigate project risks proactively throughout the project lifecycle
•    Manage stakeholder communication and provide monthly project status reporting to senior leadership and global program directors
•    Coordinate with specialist engineers, divisional development teams, product managers, and external sub-suppliers to ensure aligned execution
•    Lead co-development activities with partners and sub-suppliers to deliver integrated solutions

What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a structured and results-oriented project leader with strong technical acumen, proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, and a passion for delivering complex development projects in a manufacturing environment. We would also imagine that you have:


•    B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a technically relevant field (or equivalent work experience) preferably within the electro-mechanical area
•    5+ years of project management experience with electromechanical products in development organizations
•    Solid knowledge of project management processes, planning, and stakeholder management in a large industrial or manufacturing setting
•    Strong communication, influencing, and organizational skills with the ability to lead and delegate effectively
•    Speak and write English fluently 
•    It is important that you are present in the office in Bjerringbro most days of the week so location close to Bjerringbro is preferred 


It is a plus if you also:
•    Experience with Grundfos products, processes, and development workflows
•    Experience working with sub-suppliers and driving co-development with external partners
•    Familiarity with sensor technology, controls, or digital development domains
