Would you like to play an important role in maximizing the value of the Grundfos website, incl. our web-based customer self-service and support? And are you eager to use your digital business development skills to set the guiding star for the product team and help customers get the job done together with our business stakeholders? Then we might be looking for you.
We are now searching for a senior product owner to ensure that the Grundfos websites (.com and 60 local sites) are fit for business needs across functions as Branding, Marketing, Sales and Service, with the aim to provide the best customer experience in the industry.
A customer-oriented business function working with Grundfos’ websites
In Bjerringbro, you will join the Web Platforms department in Group Digital & Customer Excellence, working with 8 colleagues in a hybrid setup. You will collaborate daily with the Web Experience Team, an agile software development team based in Denmark and the Philippines, consisting of 9 business consultants, software developers, and a scrum master.
You will also collaborate with other product owners and colleagues responsible for the online product catalogue, chat, CRM, and SSO that integrates with the website. Additionally, you will work alongside the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Platform Product Owner, where you will be focusing on the front-end and customer-facing aspects of the website.
Besides that, you will establish a close partnership with our global web leads in our four divisions with whom you calibrate the website vision and the roadmap on a regular basis.
We work in a high pace, fun and very collaborative environment with a strong focus on teamwork and continuous learning.
What is the job about?
As a Senior Product Owner for the Web Experience, you are responsible for front-end components and pages templates that are available for Grundfos’ web authors, plus a subset of sections on the website; ‘Support’, ‘Contact us’ and ‘MyGrundfos’, our customer entry point. Moreover, you will be:
-
Driving the Grundfos’ website governance board
-
Ensuring the website content is maintained through established processes
-
Responsible for optimizing and relaunching the ‘Support’ section this year
-

“You’ll be taking up a role with plenty of room for personal and professional development. You will be placed in a position where your network will grow at a rapid pace in Grundfos because your role will force you to involve the organization broadly. You will be the customer’s advocate for bridging our divisions’ and group functions’ business needs in a joined solution for the benefit of the customer and our business,” says Senior Manager, Web Platforms, Lisa Ingemann Simonsen.
What do you need to apply?
As a digital professional with a natural drive and ambition on behalf of both you and your team, you are used to making decisions and initiating action daily. With an open mind and a flexible nature, you thrive in an ever-changing environment.
You have excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, enabling you to work with business stakeholders as well as the development team in an international environment.
Moreover, we imagine that you:
-
Are fluent in written and oral English
-
Hold a relevant master’s degree within Information Science, Business, Communication or equivalent
-
