What is the job about?
As a Senior Product Development Technician, you will play a key role in supporting Research & Development by building and validating prototypes, executing structured mechanical and electromechanical tests, and ensuring design verification. You’ll be part of our mechanical DBS HVAC OEM team, contributing to projects that make a real difference in water applications globally.
Your main responsibilities:
- Build, verify and validate, new or existing products and document test results.
- Execute mechanical/electromechanical tests and monitor processes.
- Collaborate with product development engineers to solve technical challenges.
- Participate actively in projects to ensure successful solutions and deliveries.
- Document results and provide technical advice for improvements.
- Support and guide entry-level technicians when needed.
- Participate in sharpening and developing the area to give our customers a good and professional experience.
Your background
We imagine that you have:
- A relevant technical education within mechanics and 7–10 years of experience in product development or similar roles.
- Solid knowledge of development practices and validation of test setups.
- Ability to work independently and identify improvements in processes.
- Experience driving well-defined processes and leading minor projects.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-centric attitude.
- Hands-on experience with technical test benches and PC-based programs.
- Excellent Danish and English language skills.
