You will report to your daily Manager and Scrum Master, Casper Terkelsen, and become part of a team that values technical depth, knowledge sharing, and a commitment to ongoing development.

About the Role

As our new Senior Product Development Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting both development and operational activities. Your focus will be on ensuring technical precision and efficient execution, working closely with product owners, Scrum Masters, data specialists, and manufacturing engineers to deliver robust, cost-effective, and production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and apply technical drawings to support design and production processes
  • Coordinate tasks across departments and stakeholders
  • Utilize SAP to manage data and workflows
  • Support operational tasks and ensure smooth execution
  • Analyze technical and performance data to inform decision-making
  • Contribute to documentation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders

 

What We’re Looking For

We envision that you hold a degree in Engineering, Marine Engineering (Maskinmester), or a similar technical discipline, and bring:

  • Practical experience with technical construction or mechanical systems
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset with a collaborative spirit
  • Interest in data and digital tools, as these are increasingly integral to our work
  • Fluency in English; Danish language skills are a plus
