What is the job about?

As the Senior Learning Partner, you will manage projects related to the capability-building initiative across the COO organization covering our global group functions. Furthermore, in close collaboration with HRBPs you will support COO functional leadership teams in assessing and identifying capability and learning gaps to support the execution of the business plan and strategic priorities.

 

You will ensure that learning and capability needs are translated into change management activities.

 

Also, you will drive the Learn & Grow roadmap across COO with a focus on further development of functional learning academies and embedding of corporate learning initiatives.

 

Furthermore, you will:

  • Shape and lead the organizational capability-building agenda across the COO organization:
  • Analyze business and organizational performance and needs in close collaboration with HRBPs to identify and select critical capabilities for development.
  • Develop learning roadmaps to address skills gaps with impact and in alignment with key stakeholders (Head of COO HR, COO HRBPs, COO Functional Heads, and Functional LTs) anchored in functional learning academies.
  • Develop and track COO Capability Heatmap according to critical strategic needs and requirements.
  • Spot and evaluate learning and organizational development opportunities and trends to further optimize organizational performance.
  • Establish objectives, processes, operational efficiency, and concrete execution plans linked to the learning targets set.
  • Support HRBPs with the development of strategic change roadmaps based on capability assessment findings including targeted interventions and action plans. These interventions may include designing new structures, processes, or systems, improving communication channels, enhancing leadership capabilities, or fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Cooperate with external vendors, partners, and consultants.

          

Your background:

We imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology Business, or similar;
  • 5+ years of experience within HR; solid experience with proven results in executing and implementing learning and development strategies;
  • A background in L&D methodologies, technologies, and best practices;
  • Good understanding of the broader business goals and the ability to align learning initiatives with these objectives;
  • Experience in designing and deployment of organizational change initiatives;
  • Experience in working in a matrix organization with senior leaders globally
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and negotiate;
  • Fluency in English;
