What you will do

What you bring
- Significant senior finance leadership experience within international organisations.
- Strong commercial finance experience driving growth, profitability, and performance.
- Proven success leading transformation, ERP programmes, and post-merger integration.
- Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders in complex matrix environments.
- Strong knowledge of financial governance, FP&A, and ERP systems.
- Experience building and developing high-performing teams.
- Resilience and adaptability in changing environments with imperfect data.
- Based within commuting distance of Stilling/Bjerringbro, or willing to relocate.
- Commitment to international mobility, including future relocation opportunities within Grundfos.

This position is based in Denmark and involves international travel. To be successful in the role, you will either already be located within commuting distance of our Stilling/Bjerringbro offices or be willing to relocate to the area. We also welcome applications from candidates currently based outside Denmark who are open to relocating.
