Senior Facility Professional
Job Description

Are you passionate about driving digital documentation excellence and ensuring building data is accurate, structured, and future-ready across the entire facility lifecycle? Join us in our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing quality of life.

As our new Senior Facility Professional Process and Systems, you will manage and continuously improve building documentation, technical drawings, and digital solutions supporting projects, operations, and regulatory compliance within Facility Service Denmark. You’ll be part of a diverse, supportive, and inclusive culture that puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and belonging.

What you will be doing

As a key member of Facility Service Denmark, you’ll create impact by driving digitalization and standardization of facility documentation to ensure operational excellence across Grundfos’s Danish facilities.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Manage and maintain building layout and technical drawings (AutoCAD/Revit), ensuring as-is documentation is continuously updated
  • Act as Solution Owner for key digital platforms including Dalux BIM & Documentation, Dalux Build, WebGIS, DK Husleje, and BBR
  • Own and develop documentation and drawing processes, including standards for file naming, metadata, and drawing structure
  • Support construction and refurbishment projects with drawing setup and ensure correct documentation handover to operations
  • Collaborate with project managers, facility operations, and external consultants as a professional sparring partner on drawings, BIM, and documentation
  • Drive continuous improvement of digital documentation, BIM, and geodata solutions within Facility Service

What makes you a great fit

You are a structured, digitally savvy facility professional with strong attention to detail, solid knowledge of BIM-based workflows, and a proactive mindset for improvement and standardization. We also imagine you have:

  • 7–10 years of relevant experience within Facility Management, construction documentation, or similar fields
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM-based documentation workflows, including ICT/BIM requirements
  • Experience with digital FM tools such as Dalux or similar BIM and documentation platforms
  • Relevant educational background (e.g., Architectural Technology and Construction Management, Technical Assistant, or equivalent experience)

It is a plus if you also:

  • Have experience with process ownership and documentation standardization across multiple stakeholders
  • Are familiar with Danish building regulations and systems such as BBR
  • Have supported digital transformation or implementation initiatives in a large organization

Why you will love working here

We care! Day to day, you can look forward to:

  • A flexible working environment with home working options and parental support
  • Annual bonus, health insurance, and a strong focus on well-being
  • Three additional paid leave days for volunteering
  • Access to on-demand training and structured development programs

We are inclusive! Valuing our differences helps us see possibilities others can’t. We welcome applications from all backgrounds, abilities, and experiences.
