Senior Facility Coordinator, Drawing & Documentation
Job Description

Ready to turn drawings and data into reliable foundations for world‑class facilities?

And would you like to do it in a company that moves water to where it matters—sustainably and on a global scale?

What is the job about?

You’ll be the go‑to specialist for drawing and documentation across Facility Service DK—from project design support on new buildings and projects to handover packages and operational documentation for existing sites. You’ll be the main responsible from Facility Service DK for our digital archive of building and technical drawings, champion BIM standards, and help implement practical digital tools that make our work smarter and safer.

You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, stakeholders in Group Facility Projects, and our digitalization & data colleagues to ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and ready when decisions need it.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Be the main responsible for and maintain Denmark’s drawing & documentation archive, ensuring it’s complete, current, and easy to use
  • Act as BIM responsible for DK projects and operations; be the super user in Revit and Dalux (BIM & Documentation)
  • Produce and refine practical design material; support DK Project Managers with timely drawings and deliverables
  • Lead/coordinate authority applications and updates to official registers (e.g., BBR; contribute to LER 2.0)
  • Standardize file structures, naming, and metadata to drive quality and version control across projects
  • Identify, pilot, and implement digital solutions that improve documentation workflows and compliance

Your background:

Must‑haves from day 1

  • 3–5 years working with documentation and 3D drawings for construction/facility contexts
  • Solid proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
  • Experience with BIM processes and digital documentation practices
  • Familiarity with Dalux and the Danish BBR register
  • A structured, analytical way of working and clear communication with diverse stakeholders

Strong plus / learn as you go (we’ll support you)

  • Experience implementing IKT/BIM specifications and common data environments
  • Knowledge of LER 2.0 procedures and authority applications
  • Space management concepts within Facility Management
  • Educational background in digitization for Construction/FM (e.g., Architectural Technology & Construction Management, Technical Assistant, Informatics, or similar)

What’s in it for you?

You’ll join a diverse, supportive team that sees possibilities—not problems—while working on tangible, meaningful facility projects. We’ll back your growth with access to the Grundfos Academy, mentoring, and opportunities to broaden your skills (e.g., digitalization, data, D&I topics).

  • An inclusive, people‑first culture with employee‑led communities
  • A well‑equipped office environment—and support for a safe, productive home setup when needed
  • Flexible working hours and up to 3 days’ paid volunteering leave
  • Annual bonus programs, health initiatives, parental support, and well‑being offerings
  • Clear development paths to deepen your specialty or branch into adjacent areas
