What is the job about? 
You will be part of the UX Team (User Experience) and will be responsible for the overall architecture of M365, adopting new features and driving and further maturing governance and compliance and coordinate tasks related to primary stakeholders. You will be proactive in driving new technologies, features and services within M365 and collaboration tools, enter dialogue with Grundfos divisions to ensure the right solutions to be implemented and high adoption rate. 

Your main responsibilities: 
Primarily, you will be focusing on M365 architectual responsibility and the deliverables will include:  

•    Implement solutions based on requirement from Grundfos Business and users 
•    Support solutions already in place 
•    Have positive dialogue with Grundfos business about various requirement and suggest possible solution outcomes 
•    Reduce total cost of ownership in terms of old and new implemented solutions  
•    Provide support for M365 platform 
•    Participate in Product activities
•    Align with respective sub-owners within the M365 platform and collaboration tools

Your background: 
We imagine that you have:   
•    The ability to convert business demands into software services and solutions
•    Expert level knowledge in M365 
•    Working experience in SCRUM/Agile/Product Teams 
•    Experience with governance, operations and development  
•    Understand IT architecture 
•    Developed software according to specified software development process (e.g., IT security, testability governance, object-oriented, template-specific etc.) 
•    Min. 5 years of experience from similar work experience.
•    Power Shell /Similar scripting tools experience  
•    Ability to provide fault isolation and root cause analysis

To communicate your knowledge to others comes natural to you. 

Education level
•    graduate degree in Computer science, IT, Engineering, or similar
