Senior CSSC Front Line Representative
Job Description

Are you a multilingual customer service professional who thrives on solving complex inquiries and delivering exceptional experiences across Nordic markets? Then join us in our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing quality of life for people.

As our new Senior Customer Service Representative, IEM & Distribution, you will be serving as the primary point of contact for customers across the Nordics, handling complex inquiries, managing order fulfilment, and ensuring seamless resolution from first contact through to delivery. You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Nordic Customer Service team, you'll create impact by Delivering outstanding customer experiences across multiple Nordic markets while driving first-line resolution and identifying opportunities to grow our business..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Provide first-contact resolution on general and complex customer inquiries across phone, email, and CRM — owning cases from initial contact through to completion
  • Handle complex order fulfilment tasks including project sales, invoice disputes, quotations, and order entry across SAP and CRM systems
  • Manage customer order changes (lead times, shipping conditions, quantities, cancellations, order progression) in close collaboration with External Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain
  • Create and manage tickets (RFIs, RFQs, OEW, CIC Logistics) to document, track, and escalate inquiries to relevant teams
  • Identify business opportunities and hand over to sales teams, while promoting digital tools such as GPC, MyGrundfos, and Extranet
  • Record customer complaints and product return requests, and contribute to internal process improvement initiatives

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a customer-first professional with strong multilingual communication skills, hands-on SAP and CRM experience, and the composure to handle complex inquiries with ownership and precision in a fast-paced Nordic environment. We would also imagine that you have:

  • 3+ years of relevant customer service experience with hands-on SAP (SD/MM) and CRM system proficiency
  • Fluent English plus at least two Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian) with the ability to switch confidently between them daily
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex order processes, escalations, and case ownership from first contact to resolution
  • Strong prioritisation skills with proven ability to meet SLA targets and maintain high data accuracy across multiple systems

Why you will love working here

We care! Day to day, you can look forward to:

  • A working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours, home working opportunities and parental support.
  • Annual bonuses, health insurance and a strong focus on well-being activities.
  • Three days' additional paid leave for volunteering in your community.
  • Access to on-demand training and learning sessions and carefully structured programmes to pursue personal and professional development opportunities.
