Human Resources
Security Manager, Group Security Operations
Job Description

Are you a security leader who thrives on building resilient operations that protect people, assets, and critical infrastructure around the clock? Then join us in our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing quality of life for people.

As our new Security Manager, Group Security Operations, you will lead and develop Grundfos' Security Operations Center (SOC) and physical security operations, ensuring 24/7 protection across our Danish sites while supporting European locations through a team of dedicated security professionals.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the Group Security Operations team, you will strengthen Grundfos' security posture by driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 and NIS2, and delivering security services that protect our people and support our business.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Lead and develop a team of security professionals, including SOC operators, specialists, and guards, fostering a high-performing team culture
  • Ensure reliable operation of the SOC and critical physical security systems, maintaining effective 24/7 coverage
  • Drive incident response activities, including alarm handling, escalation, investigation, and corrective actions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align security operations and risk management
  • Deliver security projects and improvement initiatives while continuously optimizing processes and security performance

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a hands-on security leader with strong decision-making skills, high integrity, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. You combine operational excellence with strategic thinking and strong stakeholder management. We also imagine that you have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in security operations, facility security, or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing or complex business environment
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams in a 24/7 operational environment with strong people development skills
  • Knowledge of physical security systems, incident management, and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIS2
  • Professional proficiency in both Danish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills

It is a plus if you also:

  • Have experience with Security Operations Center (SOC) management and security technology platforms
  • Have a background in strategic security planning and risk management within a global or multi-site organization
  • Have experience collaborating with law enforcement, emergency services, and external security service providers

Why you will love working here

We care! Day to day, you can look forward to:

  • A working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours and parental support.
  • Annual bonuses, health insurance and a strong focus on well-being activities.
  • Three days' additional paid leave for volunteering in your community.
  • Access to on-demand training and learning sessions and carefully structured programmes to pursue personal and professional development opportunities.

We are inclusive! Celebrating and valuing our differences helps us see possibilities where others can't. We therefore welcome and encourage applications from all abilities, experiences, and backgrounds.
