We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master, who can take our well performing organisation to the next level. One that can facilitate difficult conversations and can make changes across the organisation. We are several years into the journey, but need a leader that can show us the way to next levels of unleashing our potential.

 

The Scrum Master is a servant-leader, responsible for driving the agile transformation and who guide and coach to bring the team to the next level of professional quality.

 

Your main responsibilities:

The Scrum Master supports the team in several ways, including:

  • Coaching the team in co-leadership and cross-functionality. Being cognizant about team health and guide the team to ensure they continuously improve the way of working.
  • Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed but developing the team to become self-organized.
  • Guiding the team to create high value products through supporting the team and organisation to become more customer centric and assisting them to find ways to do so.
  • Causing change in the organization that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team.
  • Helping Product Owner understanding product planning in an empirical environment. Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the product backlog to maximize value and help Product Owner in understanding and practicing agility.
  • Removing impediments to the team’s progress.
  • Develop own skills and prepare enhancements in the facilitation of Scrum events.

 

Your background:

We imagine that you have:

  • Certified as Scrum master and bachelor degree in relevant areas or equivalent experience.
  • Expert in understanding of team dynamics and how teams work.
  • Experienced in agile methods and practices, and how to apply them in a team context.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
  • Ability to understand technical issues on a high level.
