Scrum Master
Job Description

Are you looking for an opportunity where your Scrum Master expertise can drive real transformation, scaling a solutions delivery team to the next level within a strategic global manufacturing program?

As our new Scrum Master – Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Program, you will be leading the transformation of our MES core solutions delivery team from project execution into a stable operations setup — facilitating agile ways of working across a diverse mix of business, IT and software development specialists delivering advanced manufacturing capabilities to Grundfos production sites worldwide.

What you will be doing

As a key part of the MES Program Core teams, you'll create impact on the transition from project to run organization and focus on delivering new features by separating operational and support tasks to a new MES Operation and Support team.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Lead the core solution delivery team and software development team of 20+ people, facilitating agile events and ensuring efficient development of the MES platform with program management
  • Ensuring the right mix of specialist profiles in collaboration with people manager
  • Drive continuous improvement by enhancing agile processes and ways of working tailored to evolving team needs
  • Align priorities and the product roadmap with the business product owner and technical solution architect
  • Serve as the key contact point to the broader IT organization supplying deliverables and services to the MES program

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are an excellent communicator and facilitator who thrives in fast-changing environments, comfortable navigating complex team dynamics across global stakeholders while fostering collaboration, transparency, and commitment. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Certified Scrum Master with a bachelor's or master's degree in IT or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with agile ways of working
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar agile management tools
  • Proficient in both English and Danish

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience working with multiple interdependent agile teams in a program setup
  • Experience with IT/MES solutions for manufacturing industries
  • Experience with process optimization methodologies

Why you will love working here

We care! Day to day, you can look forward to:

  • A working environment built around your needs, with flexible hours, home working opportunities and parental support.
  • Annual bonuses, health insurance and a strong focus on well-being activities.
  • Three days' additional paid leave for volunteering in your community.
  • Access to on-demand training and learning sessions and carefully structured programmes to pursue personal and professional development opportunities.

We are inclusive! Celebrating and valuing our differences helps us see possibilities where others can't. We therefore welcome and encourage applications from all abilities, experiences, and backgrounds.
