Are you a people-first Scrum Master who thrives on helping cross-functional teams navigate real product complexity — not just running ceremonies? Then join us in our mission to pioneer smarter solutions for moving and transforming water, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing quality of life for people.
As our new Scrum Master inProduct Development, you will be working hands-on with cross-functional development teams, helping skilled engineers and product people building both hardware and software to succeed together in a multi-team environment. You will be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging – while creating innovative solutions for our customers
What you will be doing
As a key part of the Commercial Building Service Product Development team, you will create impact by clearing the path for teams to focus on building great products by removing impediments, strengthening collaboration, and shaping how we work across the organization.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Be close to the teams — present, engaged, and hands-on — coaching towards strong collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Navigate dependencies and coordination across multiple teams moving in parallel, actively removing impediments across the organization
- Facilitate Scrum events when they create value, adapting agile principles pragmatically to the context rather than following the textbook
- Support Product Owners in a practical, real-world product environment involving both physical products and software
- Contribute to a broader agile leadership group shaping how we work across Commercial Building Service and beyond.
What makes you a great fit
Above all, you are a strong people person with good judgement who enjoys being close to teams, embraces real product complexity, and values trust and collaboration over rigid process. We would also imagine that you have:
- Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in a multi team setup. Experience with agile development involving software, hardware, or system engineering. Preferable in a hybrid setup where agile and state gate coexists
- Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and organisational boundaries
- Fluency in English
It is a plus if you also:
- Have Scrum Master certification or equivalent formal training
- Have experience from an international R&D organization
- Comfort challenging the organization when something blocks team progress
