Scrum Master
Job Description

Shape the Future of Manufacturing at Grundfos

Are you ready to lead agile teams and drive digital transformation in a global manufacturing setting?

Do you want to join a company where your ideas matter, and your work makes a real impact on sustainability and innovation?

At Grundfos, we’re passionate about pioneering solutions that shape industries and improve lives. As a global leader in advanced pump solutions and water technology, we believe in empowering our people and fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment. Here, you’ll find a place where your fresh perspective is valued—where you can grow, connect, and help build the factories of tomorrow.

What is the job about?

As our new MES Scrum Master, you’ll join the dynamic core solution delivery team within our strategic MES (Manufacturing Execution System) program. Your mission? To guide and develop our agile teams as we design and implement the next-generation digital backbone for Grundfos’ production plants worldwide.

You’ll be instrumental in transforming a diverse, cross-functional team of 22 specialists into a high-performing solution delivery and operational unit. In this role, you’ll navigate a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment — making thoughtful decisions, prioritizing effectively, and keeping our teams focused on what matters most.

Your main responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate agile events for the MES core solution delivery team, ensuring efficient platform development.
  • Drive continuous improvement by developing and implementing agile processes tailored to team needs.
  • Coach and support both software development and operational teams, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to align priorities, quality metrics, and roadmaps.
  • Act as the key liaison with IT and external partners, ensuring smooth delivery and communication.
  • Support organizational development and contribute to program planning and budget forecasting.

Your background

We imagine that you have:

  • Certification as a Scrum Master and at least 6 years’ experience with agile methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience working with multiple agile teams, ideally in a program environment.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent practical background).
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar agile management tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Danish.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an extroverted, collaborative nature.
  • Solid understanding of team dynamics and a passion for helping others succeed.
  • Bonus: Experience delivering IT/MES solutions for manufacturing or working on process optimization projects.

What’s in it for you?

What are your goals? Here at Grundfos it’s our mission to help you develop and fulfil your ambitions, both career and personal. We are guided by our six core values, and you’ll find that your fresh ideas will be welcomed and make a difference in everything from local to large-scale global projects. You’ll encounter colleagues from all over the world both as part of your daily work, supporting and all the while broadening each other’s cultural horizons.

In addition, your day-to-day benefits include:

  • Flexible working hours; home office possibility and equipment; up to 3 days’ paid leave for volunteering
  • Annual bonuses, parental support, internal well-being consultants and programmes, engaging team buildings
  • Diverse, inclusive environment with employee-led forums offering colleagues a safe place to connect and share openly
  • Long-term career development with regular dialogue, as well as continuous learning and development opportunities.
