Research Insights Platform Assistant

About the Position

In the Innovation Research Hub, we are looking for a student assistant to support our insights platform. You will join a team of 6 colleagues, most working with Business Design. More specifically, you will be working on our platform together with the platform owner, driving on our Insights platform, Dovetail. We guarantee a steep learning curve, and we look forward to sharing our knowledge with you – and hearing about your ideas.


What is the job about?

You will be supporting the Innovation Research Hub by managing and optimizing the Dovetail platform, assisting with stakeholder communication, creating documentation, and enabling user success to enhance the user experience, improve adoption, and develop training materials while providing essential support to contributors and superusers.

This includes working with:

•    Creating and maintaining documentation, training materials, and use case examples
•    Interviewing stakeholders and developing user journey maps to improve platform experience
•    Assisting contributors and superusers with platform questions and training
•    Tracking and communicating platform updates to users
•    Maintaining and updating our knowledge playbook with current information

You will work 15 hours per week at our Bjerringbro office, with a flexible schedule. You may also work from home one day a week and be in the office one day weekly.

Academic Backgrounds

Bachelor or Master´s student in a related field:

•    Human-Centered Design / Industrial Design
•    Communication Studies / Journalism / Technical Communication
•    UX Research / Anthropology

Skills & Experience

•    Considerable experience in written communication and storytelling.
•    Considerable experience with graphic tools and video editing.
•    Basic understanding of user research methods and qualitative data analysis.
•    Interest in engaging with stakeholders and facilitating training sessions.
•    Capability to work independently and manage tasks in a flexible, part-time setup.
•    Familiarity with insights platforms like Dovetail or similar is advantageous but not mandatory.
