Grundfos is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Lead to drive Cross functional deliveries in Operations (OPS) within our high-impact Strategic Workstream. About the Role

As Program Lead – Substream, you will be responsible for executing key deliverables and managing escalations within the OPS substream of the strategic Workstream. You’ll collaborate across functions, support stakeholders, and ensure timely, high-quality execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the OPS substream deliveries of a larger Workstream initiative
  • Translate and consolidate diverse deliverables across teams
  • Drive stakeholder alignment
  • Support stakeholders in meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Facilitate alternative solutions to overcome delivery challenges
  • Report escalations and performance updates to the Chief Program Manager

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a strategic thinker and hands-on executor with a strong background in cross functional leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • 7–10 years of experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing
  • Experience in global matrix organizations
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing processes
  • Strategic execution experience in complex business environments
  • Grundfos experience is a plus—but not required

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Deep knowledge of operations, supply chain, or similar domains
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to influence across hierarchies and drive change
  • Expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement
  • Technical, functional, and professional acumen
