What is the job about?
As a Production Planner at Grundfos, you will apply your well-developed knowledge and technical/business understanding to deliver a feasible production or purchase plan in selected areas. You will be responsible for maintaining and stabilizing planning processes, ensuring optimal inventory levels, and supporting operational execution with crucial data and information.
Your main responsibilities:
- Transfer incoming orders into a production and purchase plan and support the execution of orders in production and distribution centers.
- Facilitate activities to maintain sufficient inventory levels and optimize stock across the supply chain.
- Ensure a balance between machine, manning, and material in the operational plan within the assigned area.
- Handle exceptions affecting the production and purchase plan, such as quality issues, breakdowns, and delivery changes.
- Support operational execution with data and information.
- Inform relevant parties in the chain in case of changes.
Your background:
We imagine that you have:
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in planning.
- Ability to communicate and align with supervisors, suppliers, etc., within the chain.
- Experience supporting key business initiatives.
- Knowledge of relevant practices and systems in planning.
- Personal qualities such as collaboration, planning and organizing, deciding and initiating action, following instructions and procedures, relating and networking, and analyzing.
- Can speak and write Danish on a professional level.
