What you will be doing
As part of the Product Development team, you will drive next-generation pump solutions that meets evolving customer demands while ensuring smooth transfer across the value chain.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Develop product solutions for wastewater applications, including technical clarifications, pump design, datasheets, and 3D drawings
- Ensure successful product transfer from concept to production across the value chain
- Plan and conduct tests in line with relevant standards and approval requirements
- Contribute to a self-organised Scrum team by executing prioritised backlog items with ownership
- Act as a technical link between Product Development and functions such as Service, Sales, Production, and Quality
- Support technology roadmaps and promote knowledge sharing across value streams
What makes you a great fit
You are a hands-on engineer with pump industry experience, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to drive development from concept to production. We also expect you to have:
- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1-4 years of experience in product development, preferably within pumps or rotating equipment
- The ability to drive development processes in a structured product development environment
- Solid knowledge of development processes, standards, and regulations
It is a plus if you also:
- Have a master’s degree in engineering or a related discipline
- Have experience working in Agile/Scrum-based teams
- Have familiarity with groundwater applications and related product documentation
