Personal Assistant to Group Vice President, Head of Group Strategy

What is the role about?

The main task is to provide support to the Head of Group Strategy and drive a number of activities as outlined below.         
 

Your main responsibilities:

•    Calendar planning for meetings and travel arrangements for the Head of Group Strategy
•    Onboarding and offboarding activities of team members
•    Office administration, including maintenance of office equipment, ordering and distributing office supplies
•    Planning and preparing team events, such as workshops and team development pit stops
•    Acting as an ambassador for Group Strategy and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
•    Updating office procedures to improve efficiency and quality
•    Governing and enforcing relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
•    Upholding a strict level of confidentiality       


Your background:
We imagine that you have: 

•    Relevant degree (BA) or vocational training in communication, business, or bring a minimum 3 years of equivalent work experience from a similar position
•    Some years of practice with planning, coordinating, and communicating in a large international organisation
•    Documented history of implementing smaller projects and optimising processes
•    Substantial experience in delivering presentations to management meetings
•    Fluent in English (the daily office language), ideally in Danish as well, other languages are a plus
•    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite (incl. Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)

•    Service mindset to keep activities and plans on track and sustain smooth operations
•    Capability to work independently, make fast decisions, and prioritise tasks
•    Helpful, displaying a positive and welcoming attitude
•    Agile and able to adapt quickly and effectively to changing circumstances
