To support our growing project portfolio and strengthen our PCB layout capabilities, we are looking for an experienced PCB Designer to join our Product Development team in Bjerringbro. You will be part of an agile cross-functional team of skilled and dedicated engineers and technicians.
What is the job about?
As a PCB Designer, you will play a central role in developing highly integrated electronic products – from early concept to series production. You will be part of the Product Development function within our Commercial Building Services (CBS) division, that is responsible for innovation and development of the MAGNA and MIXIT product groups.
Your main responsibilities
- Participate in the full product development lifecycle – from concept to running production
- Finalize electronic schematics in collaboration with electronics engineers
- Design high-quality PCB layouts for series production
- Optimize PCB panels with focus on manufacturability and cost
- Transfer PCB designs to 3D CAD environments
- Prepare Gerber files and order PCBs for prototype production
- Ensure compliance with relevant design rules and standards
- Being a part of implementing thermal simulation into the daily work
Your background
- 1-5 years of experience in a similar job
- Educational background within electronics
- Experience designing PCBs for large-scale production
- Experience from product development environments
- Hands-on experience with ECAD PCB design tools (PADS is an advantage)
- Structured, detail-oriented mindset
- Professional proficiency in English
