As Network System Engineer Specialist you will be part of a dedicated team serving the purpose of constantly securing a safe and high performing infrastructure and network setup across Grundfos.

What is the job about?
You will join our network team with colleagues in both Denmark and Manilla. The team takes accountability for design, architecture, roadmap and new technologies and the 3rd level support for all Network services. You will report to IS Manager, Bjørn Hansen in Bjerringbro.

You will take part in driving our firewall and security throughout our solutions. Another significant task is our cloud network being developed on a fast scale with focus on external multivendors and platforms. We foster a Network “as a code” mindset to optimize and accommodate constant changing demands.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Firewall setup including compliance and alignment with policies, optimization and support to security initiatives.
• Cloud network and connectivity developing and securing a high performing global platform.
• Automation, “Network as a code” mindset to simply our Life cycle Management and configuration processes.
• Network and security projects to stay ahead of the development.
• 3 level support with documentation, handover and training to 2 level support and operations team.

What do you need to apply?
We imagine that you have more than 3 years of experience working with network infrastructure. You know your way around;

• Firewall´s in the context of segmentation, security, policy creation, maintenance and design 
• Cloud network, building up virtual networks in a multivendor setup
• Palo Alto and Cisco products
• NAC, Network Access Control technology

We are looking for a person with ability to listen to and communicate with stakeholders to create a common understanding of how infrastructure support and protect the business. You are familiar with an international environment and you are proficient in English.
