As our new Maintenance Engineer, you will be planning, coordinating, and optimizing preventive maintenance and TPM activities across our Electronics Factory, working closely with production teams and technicians to ensure stable, efficient operations. What you will be doing

As a key part of the Manufacturing Maintenance team, you'll create impact by Driving equipment reliability and production uptime through data-driven maintenance strategies and structured problem-solving that directly supports our manufacturing excellence..

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Plan, coordinate, and develop preventive maintenance plans and TPM activities, optimizing intervals based on condition-based maintenance principles
  • Identify and implement improvements to equipment, processes, and maintenance methods using data analysis and KPI follow-up
  • Manage maintenance budgets and collaborate with external service providers and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain technical documentation, SAP master data, and ensure compliance with applicable standards
  • Contribute to competence development and knowledge sharing among technicians and colleagues

What makes you a great fit

Above all, you are a structured and analytical engineering professional with hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing, motivated by driving continuous improvements through technical expertise and cross-functional collaboration. We would also imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
  • 1-2+ years of experience with maintenance in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documentation
  • Knowledge of SAP or another ERP system for maintenance management

It is a plus if you also:

  • Experience with TPM, Lean, and structured problem-solving methodologies
  • Familiarity with condition-based maintenance and spare parts strategy development
  • Experience leading processes or projects within Manufacturing Engineering
