Grundfos Legal
Our Legal department consists of 37 employees across Denmark, China, Hungary, Italy, and the US. We cover areas such as digital compliance, commercial contracts, competition law, corporate matters, data privacy, IP law, M&A, and marketing law. We also focus on legal operations, improving processes and tools using AI and innovative approaches. As a student assistant, you will gain insight into a wide range of legal tasks and experience working in an in-house legal team.
What is the job about?
You will primarily support lawyers at our headquarters in Bjerringbro, while also assisting the global legal team. Your tasks may include:
- Intellectual property tasks (e.g., drafting letters, monitoring trademarks and domains)
- Legal research and analyses
- Reviewing contracts and NDAs
- Ad hoc legal and administrative tasks across the organization
The position is approximately 15 hours per week. Ideally, you can work two days weekly, with flexibility during exam periods.
About you
You:
- Are in at least your second year of a law or business law bachelor’s degree
- Have strong English skills (written and spoken)
- Are motivated, service-minded, independent, and eager to learn
