Lead Talent Project Manager
Job Description

Lead Talent Project Manager

Shape the future of talent at Grundfos

Are you passionate about developing global talent strategies and programs? Grundfos is looking for a strategic and hands-on Lead Talent Project Manager to lead the redesign of our flagship Graduate Program and drive impactful talent initiatives across the organization.

What the job is about

As a Lead Talent Project Manager, your primary mission will be to lead the transformation of our Global Graduate Program—a cornerstone of our long-term talent strategy. You will own the end-to-end redesign and implementation of the program, ensuring it attracts, develops, and retains top early-career talent across the globe.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and key stakeholders to align the program with future workforce needs and market expectations. You’ll also build and nurture a vibrant graduate community that fosters belonging, growth, and career acceleration.

Beyond the Graduate Program, you’ll contribute to the broader global talent agenda by co-creating and implementing people practices that support talent management at Grundfos. You’ll be part of a team that designs and delivers best-in-class tools, platforms, and processes across areas such as talent reviews, succession planning, career development, and strategic dialogues.

You will also act as the product owner for selected talent practices and collaborate on cross-cutting topics such as learning, well-being, engagement, DE&I, leadership, and development.

Your main responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end redesign and implementation of our Global Graduate Program, aligning it with long-term talent strategies.
  • Collaborate with Talent Management, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition to identify future talent needs and position the program competitively.
  • Build and nurture a thriving graduate community that fosters belonging and growth.
  • Drive global talent projects aligned with our People & Organisational Goals (POGs).
  • Continuously improve and simplify talent processes, ensuring measurable impact and ROI.
  • Leverage data and market insights to explore and implement innovative talent practices.

This role can be based in Denmark or a hybrid setup from one of our European offices.

What we’re looking for

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in regional/global HR or talent roles.
  • Proven track record in leading global talent or HR projects across multiple domains.
  • Strong program management skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to navigate complex matrix organizations and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working with external vendors on large-scale global projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

You are someone who:

  • Thrives in collaboration and is committed to team success.
  • Solves complex global challenges with a practical, hands-on approach.
  • Brings strong data analytics capabilities and an agile mindset.

What’s in it for you?

You’ll join a diverse, global team of pioneers in talent management and organizational development. We support your career journey—whether deepening your expertise or exploring new areas.

Why join Grundfos?

  • Be at the forefront of global talent innovation.
  • Work with a passionate, cross-functional team.
  • Shape the careers of future leaders.
  • Enjoy a flexible, inclusive, and purpose-driven work environment.

Additional benefits include:

  • Inclusive employee-led communities and forums.
  • Flexible working hours and remote work options.
  • Up to 3 additional paid leave days for volunteering.
  • Annual bonuses, health insurance, parental support, and well-being programs.
