Job Description

Help shape how Group Supply Chain turns strategy into measurable, long-term impact. As our new Lead Strategy Consultant, you will work across Grundfos to develop and execute strategic priorities that strengthen our business and contribute to our purpose.

What you will be doing

You will help leaders translate strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, governance, and measurable outcomes. Working across functions and regions, you will facilitate planning and follow-up, support strategic decision-making, and strengthen execution together with strategy colleagues across Grundfos.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on strategic initiatives and support continuous improvement of the annual strategy process in Group Supply Chain.
  • Facilitate strategy development and translate priorities into execution roadmaps, assessing implications for investments, capabilities, and organizational readiness.
  • Build alignment on strategic priorities across functions and regions, ensuring coordinated execution and clear communication.
  • Develop and enhance governance frameworks, planning processes, and performance management practices.
  • Drive strategic follow-up through progress tracking, portfolio management, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Support change and transformation initiatives linked to strategic priorities.
  • Partner closely with the VP of Group Supply Chain, business leaders, and strategy colleagues to create alignment and business impact.

What makes you a great fit

You combine strategic thinking with strong analytical and consulting skills. You can navigate complexity, build trusted relationships, and turn ideas into practical actions. You are comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across organizational levels in an evolving international environment.

We imagine you bring:

  • A master’s degree or equivalent in business, strategy, engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy development, strategic planning, management consulting, business transformation, supply chain, or a related area.
  • Experience supporting strategy execution and leading cross-functional initiatives in a large international organization.
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills with the ability to create alignment across functions and leadership teams.
  • Experience translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, governance structures, and measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and provide executive-level recommendations.
