Quality
Lead Service Quality Engineer
Job Description

Are you driven by quality, data, and collaboration across complex global organizations?

Do you want to influence how field data, service insights, and quality processes shape the future Grundfos product portfolio?

At Grundfos, we believe that quality is created where insight meets action. In our Customer and Supplier Quality organization, we work across Service, Product Development, Production, and Sales to continuously improve customer experience and product performance. We are now looking for a Lead Service Quality Engineer to help set the global direction for Warranty Chain Management and service-driven quality improvements.

WHAT IS THE JOB ABOUT?

As Lead Service Quality Engineer, you play a key role in defining and driving the global framework for Warranty Chain Management (WCM) and its collaboration with the Service organization. You act as a bridge between Service, Product Development, Quality, Production, and Sales, ensuring that field data and service insights are transformed into concrete improvements across Grundfos’ product portfolio.

You will work strategically with processes, systems, and stakeholders — while also driving tangible quality improvements that directly impact customer satisfaction.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure WCM-related policies, processes, and systems are followed globally
  • Collaborate closely with divisional Business Partners to identify and drive system and process improvements
  • Monitor service and warranty data and drive continuous quality improvements
  • Ensure warranty system and process-related training material is updated and accessible across the organization
  • Act as the key link between Service, Product Development, Production, and Sales to improve product quality
  • Establish strong collaboration with local service managers and support shared KPIs
  • Ensure service involvement in critical rework, escalation, or recall activities

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • 10+ years of experience in a global organization working with Sales and Service processes
  • Experience working as a Project Manager in cross-functional environments
  • Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including towards senior management
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Advanced analytical thinking and the ability to turn data into insights
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across levels
  • Open-minded, flexible attitude and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Willingness to be present at our Headquarters in Bjerringbro, Denmark at least 2-3 days a week.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

You will step into a global role where your work directly influences product quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term value creation. You will be part of a diverse network of professionals who believe in collaboration, transparency, and using data to make better decisions.

  • A diverse and inclusive environment with employee-led forums
  • Flexible working hours and up to 3 additional paid days for volunteering
  • Annual bonus, health insurance, parental support, and well-being programmes
  • Access to the Grundfos Academy for continuous professional and personal development
  • A purpose-driven culture focused on quality, responsibility, and innovation
