IND division has approximately 3,000 employees globally, including 1,200 in IND Global Sales. IND headquarter is in Bjerringbro, where this position is based.

 

The role
As the Personal Assistant you will be supporting the Senior Vice President for Industry Global Sales and be a key contributor. You must be proactive and one step ahead in planning calendar, travels, meetings and other topics for the SVP. As the Personal Assistant you will act as an important link to the Industry divisional organisation as well as other stakeholders in Grundfos. As a valued member of the IND Global Sales Leadership Team, you’ll play a key role in keeping workflows efficient, communication seamless, and operations running at peak performance.

  

Your key responsibilities:

  • Manage the SVP’s calendar and travel planning
  • Plan and arrange meetings, workshops and Town Halls on behalf of the SVP
  • Prepare, consolidate and proof-read material and presentations for meetings and act as point of contact for participants
  • Support SVP with inquiries (internal/external), and mail correspondence
  • Develop & maintain platforms to enable easy access to information
  • Participate in meetings, capture decisions in Minutes of Meetings and ensure filing
  • Ensure signatures on required documents
  • Prepare social media communication on behalf of the SVP
  • Support IND Sales LT members

  • Highly organised, structured and detail-oriented—able to make decisions and juggle multiple priorities without losing focus
  • A strong communicator, engaging effectively across all levels of the organisation
  • Adaptable and proactive, bringing structure while remaining open-minded and solution driven
  • Calm under pressure, maintaining efficiency and effectiveness in demanding situations
  • A “people-person” who can build a network and work with stakeholders
  • A great sense of integrity and business understanding
  • Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent interpersonal skills

Additionally, experience in:

  • Executive-level secretarial support within a global business
  • Planning, coordination, and communication in a large international organisation
