As Lead Project Manager, you’ll be at the helm of strategic initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects on time and within budget. What You’ll Do
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end project planning: scope, resources, timelines, budgets
- Align projects with strategic goals and adapt plans as needed
- Drive execution across cross-functional teams with precision and agility
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
- Ensure transparent, tailored communication with stakeholders
- Provide regular updates and manage feedback to keep projects on track
- Drive high stakeholder satisfaction and engagement
Team Leadership
- Inspire and guide project teams through every phase
- Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability
- Resolve conflicts proactively and empower decision-making
- Strengthen team performance and morale
Problem Solving & Risk Management
- Anticipate challenges and develop smart mitigation strategies
- Maintain a solution-oriented mindset in dynamic environments

What You Bring
You are a strategic thinker with a proactive mindset and a passion for leading complex projects to successful outcomes. With strong leadership and communication skills, you build trust across teams and stakeholders, driving collaboration and continuous improvement in a dynamic, global environment.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a proven track record in leading strategic initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello
- Strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills across borders and organizational levels
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including experience engaging large groups
- Well-organized, adaptable, and results-driven with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach
