About the Role

As Lead Project Manager, you’ll be at the helm of strategic initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects on time and within budget. You’ll foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement—while keeping stakeholders aligned and empowered every step of the way.

What You’ll Do

Project Planning & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end project planning: scope, resources, timelines, budgets
  • Align projects with strategic goals and adapt plans as needed
  • Drive execution across cross-functional teams with precision and agility
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Ensure transparent, tailored communication with stakeholders
  • Provide regular updates and manage feedback to keep projects on track
  • Drive high stakeholder satisfaction and engagement

Team Leadership

  • Inspire and guide project teams through every phase
  • Foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability
  • Resolve conflicts proactively and empower decision-making
  • Strengthen team performance and morale

Problem Solving & Risk Management

  • Anticipate challenges and develop smart mitigation strategies
  • Maintain a solution-oriented mindset in dynamic environments
  • Ensure effective risk mitigation and issue resolution

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to optimize project processes
  • Champion innovation and learning across the team
  • Implement process improvements that enhance outcomes

What You Bring

You are a strategic thinker with a proactive mindset and a passion for leading complex projects to successful outcomes. With strong leadership and communication skills, you build trust across teams and stakeholders, driving collaboration and continuous improvement in a dynamic, global environment.

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a proven track record in leading strategic initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello
  • Strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills across borders and organizational levels
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including experience engaging large groups
  • Well-organized, adaptable, and results-driven with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach
