Digital & IT
Lead Product Specialist
Job Description

Are you passionate about driving the adoption and success of digital solutions that create real value for customers and businesses?

As our new Lead Product Specialist, you will own lifecycle readiness, enable successful launches, and operational performance across our digital offerings. Acting as the link between Product Management, Development, Architecture, and Commercial teams, you will help ensure every release delivers business impact, customer value, and commercial success.

What you will be doing

As part of the CBS Digital & Solution Offerings team, you will help shape and scale digital offerings such as Grundfos GO, Grundfos Connect, and other digital solutions supporting markets globally.

Working across mobile applications, cloud platforms, connected services, and digital tools, you will contribute throughout the product lifecycle—from roadmap execution and launch readiness to adoption and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive lifecycle readiness, adoption, operational excellence, and commercial performance across digital offerings
  • Support roadmap execution and successful product launches
  • Lead launch readiness activities, including training, documentation, and release communication
  • Act as the business-facing partner to Product Development and Architecture teams, translating business needs into requirements and use cases
  • Ensure compliance with data, security, and regulatory requirements while maintaining governance documentation
  • Promote consistency across digital offerings, customer journeys, and connected solutions
  • Monitor adoption, usage, and business performance to support prioritization and roadmap decisions

What makes you a great fit

You are a proactive digital product professional who thrives in cross-functional environments and combines a strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect business needs and technical solutions.

We imagine that you have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Digital Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, product specialist, digital enablement, business analysis, or similar roles
  • Experience collaborating across product, software development, architecture, and commercial teams
  • The ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value
  • A commercial and customer-focused approach, with the ability to assess business value, adoption opportunities, and the impact of product decisions
  • Experience with digital platforms, cloud solutions, connected products, SaaS offerings, or mobile applications
  • Knowledge of digital product governance, data privacy, and security requirements

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience from industrial technology, software, SaaS, IoT-connected products, or digital platform businesses
  • Experience from regulated industries such as MedTech
  • Familiarity with connected services, customer portals, cloud integrations, or digital ecosystems

Why you will love working here

At Grundfos, we support both professional and personal growth. You can look forward to:

  • Flexible working arrangements, including home-working opportunities
  • Annual bonus, health insurance, and a strong focus on well-being
  • Additional paid volunteering days
  • Learning resources, training, and structured development programmes
  • An inclusive workplace that values diverse perspectives and experiences
