Lead Process Excellence and Project Manager

As our new Lead Process Excellence and Project Manager, you will drive process excellence initiatives and lead cross-divisional projects that standardize, digitalize, and improve how Grundfos operates globally. You'll join a diverse, inclusive culture that values people, growth, and well-being.

 

What you will be doing

As part of the Process Excellence team, you will create impact by driving operational performance through continuous improvement, automation, and digital solutions to reduce complexity and increase process maturity.


Your main responsibilities include:

  • Lead and sustain process excellence frameworks, driving continuous improvement across global operations
  • Manage cross-functional, cross-divisional projects, ensuring alignment and delivery on strategic objectives
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and digitalize processes, translating needs into simple solutions using Power Platform and similar tools
  • Leverage automation, analytics, and AI to enhance decision-making and performance
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment and adoption of improved processes
  • Coach teams on process excellence methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement

 

What makes you a great fit

You are a strategic, process-minded professional who transforms complexity into scalable processes, with strong stakeholder management skills and curiosity for digital and AI-driven improvement. We also expect that you have:

  • Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
  • Experience with continuous improvement in a complex, global organization
  • Strong business and systems understanding across functions (e.g., operations, supply chain, engineering, finance)
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) or similar tools

It is a plus if you also have:

  • Experience from Grundfos or strong familiarity with its processes and culture
  • Interest or experience in AI applications for operations and decision support
