As our new Lead Group Technical Key Account Manager, Industry, you will serve as the pump solutions specialist for multinational OEM customers’ senior technical stakeholders. Together with the responsible Key Account Manager you ensure that Grundfos remains the preferred partner, through deep engagement in specifications, R&D collaboration, and project execution across global OEM applications.
What you will be doing
As part of the Industry Global OEM Key Account Management team, you will drive Grundfos’s position as the world leader in pump solutions by embedding our technology into the roadmaps of the largest OEMs and system builders.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Partnering with Group Key Account Managers to serve customer technical interfaces across R&D, Project Management, Quality, Test, and Specification functions
- Proactively engaging in customer specification and road-mapping activities to ensure competitive pump solutions
- Interfacing with senior technical leadership, including CTO-level stakeholders, positioning Grundfos as the preferred technical advisor
- Orchestrating resolution of quality and application issues, coordinating warranty and service across stakeholders
- Delivering customer-specific training and introducing new products to drive adoption and value-adding sales
- Collaborating with Product Management, Customer Solution Service, Business Development, and Aftermarket teams to deliver integrated outcomes
What makes you a great fit
You are a persuasive communicator and strong networker with deep technical expertise in thermal management. You thrive working with both senior executives and operational teams and are driven to become a trusted advisor inside customer organizations. We also expect you to have:
- An engineering degree, ideally in Thermal Management, Cooling, WT or related fields
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles, preferably key account management with multinational OEMs
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with fluency in English
- Experience with industrial automation and communication protocols
It’s a plus if you have:
- An existing network in Temperature Control and /or Water Treatment
- Experience with SAP CRM, PDM, or similar tools
- Additional language skills beyond English
