Finance
Lead FBP, S&M DBS
Job Description

Turn analysis into action and numbers into business value.

Ready to influence strategy with sharp financial insight? As Lead Finance Business Partner, you support the DBS Sales & Marketing leadership team as their trusted financial advisor—driving transparency, performance, and value across marketing, product management, pricing, and business development. With full accountability for finance in this area, you’ll challenge, support, and enable decisions that fuel long-term profitability.

Key Responsibilities
As Lead Finance Business Partner, you will be the financial cornerstone of the DBS Sales & Marketing leadership team—driving strategic decisions, financial transparency, and performance alignment across key areas.

  • Provide forward-looking financial insights to shape and quantify strategic and tactical business plans
  • Drive financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews, ensuring timely and accurate decision-making
  • Ensure transparency in product profitability, pricing, and marketing effectiveness, including financial impact assessments
  • Lead development and tracking of key KPIs, driving corrective actions and performance accountability
  • Monitor and follow up on business cases to ensure realization of expected outcomes
  • Act as the primary Finance contact within DBS S&M, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
  • Coach and align the wider Finance community, enhancing financial acumen and anchoring best practices across teams

Who You Are
You bring a solid foundation in finance and business partnering, combined with a sharp analytical edge and strong communication skills. As a natural problem-solver with a collaborative approach, you translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence decisions at the highest level. Furthermore, you have an end-to-end value chain mindset, with the ability to consolidate data from multiple systems into impactful dashboards

We imagine that you have:

  • A master’s degree in finance, Economics, or a related field, paired with 3–4+ years of experience in Business Controlling or Finance Business Partnering.
  • Strong experience working with business cases, advanced simulation models, and scenario analysis.
  • Proven ability to challenge decisions constructively and offer value-adding alternatives with a long-term stakeholder perspective.
  • Excellent communication- and story telling skills—ability to distil complexity and present financial conclusions clearly to senior management.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP R3 (FI, SD modules), BW, and ideally TM1.
  • A proactive and self-driven work style with a service-minded, collaborative approach to working with stakeholders across the organization.

Why Join Grundfos?
At Grundfos, we don’t just deliver numbers—we deliver purpose. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of strategic financial leadership, collaborating with senior stakeholders and bringing clarity to complex decisions that shape the future of DBS Sales & Marketing. You’ll join a company where innovation, sustainability, and a strong sense of community drive everything we do.

What You’ll Get:

  • A supportive and inclusive work environment that values personal growth and work-life balance.
  • Flexible working conditions, remote options, and additional paid days off for volunteering.
  • Competitive compensation, health benefits, and access to well-being programs.
