Internship in HR Tech and Process Excellence
Job Description

Are you seeking an internship for fall 2026? 

Do you want to help tens of thousands of Grundfos colleagues be heard? 

Do you want to build dashboard solutions for leaders, partners and employees? 


Come join us in our technical employee experience team, and help build, launch and analyze some of the biggest employee engagement projects Grundfos has to offer! 

This is your chance to work with some of the sharpest minds as you do an internship focusing on technically supporting Grundfos employee’s wellbeing and engagement. 
Here at the HR Tech and Process Excellence team we track, monitor and analyze dozens of employee lifecycle moments, listening to all Grundfos employees. One of our key responsibilities, which we want you to help with, is conducting our annual employee engagement survey, surveying over 21.000 employees.
As a part of our team, we guarantee a steep learning curve, and we look forward to sharing our knowledge with you – and hear about your ideas.


What is the job about?

Specifically, you will get to :
-    Be heavily involved in our large-scale yearly engagement survey
-    Be the driver of ad-hoc projects, with high degrees of freedom.
-    Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, supporting their data needs
-    Analyze results, create dashboards and conduct employee research

We expect the internship will start in August 2026 and end in December 2026. You will be working for 25-37 hours per week depending on your schedule at our headquarters in Bjerringbro, Denmark, and we are of course ready to schedule your working hours around exams and schoolwork (e.g., project-based internship report). There is also a possibility of working from home on agreed days.

What do you need to apply?

-    You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program
-    We imagine you are studying a Master’s level within Business Intelligence, Information Service, ITKO, Data Science or other relevant education and possess knowledge or practical skills within the field of HR
-    You show initiative and work proactively and independently on new assignments, as this will help you make the most of your time with us.
-    You have an international outlook and speak and write English fluently.
