Innovation Consultant - AI/Machine Learning Specialist

We are looking for an Innovation Technology Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will join our projects with focus on how AI / generative AI, data analytics can be utilized to gain new business opportunities and implement new ways of working that can help our employees perform their job functions more effectively and efficiently. You'll work closely with our software developers and business consultants to explore and mature these technologies, and you'll be responsible for presenting innovation options to department heads and business stakeholders to help grow our business.

 

What is the job about?

In this role, you will join our consultancy team of domain specialist within the manufacturing solutions and participate in our project portfolio to deliver new IT solutions. You will have a special attention to identify business cases where AI can be implemented and drive these pilots to prove the value. You will also provide training and support to internal teams to ensure a smooth transition to AI-driven workflows.

Your main responsibilities:

• Scouting for new technologies that are mature so they have potential for implementing into production
• Participate in business projects / pilot projects to identify use cases of AI, and mature them into production
• Explore and analyse data and bring data to live creating new meaningful insight
• Coach and train consultants and developers into the domain of data and AI/Generative AI
• Develop an architecture and delivery model for AI that support working with data towards new innovations

 

Your background

We imagine that you have:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in AI and machine learning, with a focus on generative AI.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or TensorFlow.
Experience in analyzing and interpreting large datasets.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
