This position offers direct influence on the execution of our Marketing and Sales strategies and our solutions, and you will get ample opportunity to contribute with your knowledge and new ideas. 

In this role you will step into our IT delivery area, Digital Customer Excellence, where we develop IT solutions in close collaboration with our ‘Group Marketing and Sales’ and ‘Group Service’ organization. We strive to deliver world class IT solutions that supports Grundfos Digital presence accordingly to our customer needs in line with our IT strategies. The position is based in our HQ in Bjerringbro, Denmark, and you will refer to IS Manager, René Lehmann Pultz Knudsen.

We constellate approximately 700 people working with IT as a full time profession, enabling digital needs in everything from ERP solutions, like finance and production, to digital self service solutions faced towards customers. What is the job about? 
You will join a newly established agile product team with the responsibility for the Grundfos subscription sales journey. It is a critical business area, with the ambition to bring Digital Offerings to the marked, as part of our Grundfos 2025 strategy.  

The team is accountable for building and maintaining Grundfos Subscription Platform. An essential part of the platform is a customer self-service application making it easy to buy products and solutions from Grundfos. We operate in an expanding market and our focus is to develop a flexible and scalable Subscription Business Platform. As our IT Business Consultant and Solution Architect you will be a key person bringing our platform to the next level.

• Business requirements: Translate technical complexity into easy understandable user stories. Analyse and break down IT business requirements into technical tasks, through user story mapping and agile methodologies into features and enablers 
• Architecture: Working with Solution Architecture in terms of as is, to be and the evolutionary steps in between. Application consultancy, guiding business stakeholders, aligning solution architecture across area, connecting Enterprise and technical architecture where possible 
• Co-ordination and communication: Create overviews, communicate and align expectations with other teams, operations and stakeholders. 
• Delivery of innovation and support: Take part in the day-to-day execution of subscription deliveries like work-break-down structures, refine/specify work packages, test, document and following up on feedback 
• Vendor engagement: Understanding suppliers solution roadmap and potential synergies with Grundfos 

Who you are 
Preferably, you have a university degree, with focus on business processes and IT. A strong interest in and ability to understand how sales processes and digitalization interact is a prerequisite.

You are persistent and stay on track in a complex stakeholder landscape. You are familiar with an international environment, and you are proficient in English.

You enjoy working in a traditional agile team setup with a Product Owner, Scrum Master as well as other team members with a dedication to collaborate and deliver on the teams’ responsibilities. You are a natural team player with an eye for networking and connecting people. 

When it comes to the technical skill set, we use a variety of technologies to support the applications in our product portfolio. We are looking for a generalist with technical flair and desire to learn and preferably experience within some of these areas: 

• Collaboration Tools: Knowledge in the Atlassian toolchain with Confluence wiki, Jira, etc., as well as Miro and ServiceNow 
• ERP, CRM, Subscription and Commerce platforms: Knowledge of what these key enterprise core systems are roughly about, preferably in the SAP solution suite  
• Architecture: LeanIX for Architecture documentation with TOGAF, UML or similar architecture documentation disciplines
