Welcome to our global IT organisation
At our HQ in Bjerringbro, you will, as part of our global IT organisation, join our IS HR Solutions department in a new agile product team, where you will work side by side with both colleagues and users from HR and IT colleagues like yourself. Together we create a new agile way of working closely together, building the best IT solutions in collaboration with our external tech partners.

As part of what we call “Foundation and Insights”, you will be responsible of implementation of HR solutions, mainly in the HR basics area, focusing on interfaces. Together with the team, you will be responsible of the backbone of the HR IT systems to support Grundfos and to ensure that employees have a positive and seamless experience – covering SuccessFactors Employee Central, Position Management, Reporting and Analytics. 


What is the job about?
Together with your team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining our HR IT solutions across our global business, while ensuring integration with our back-end solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Development, implementation and maintainance of global HR, in accordance with IT-architectural principles and guidelines. 
  • Provide consultancy, advice and best practice regarding HR IT solutions
  • Supporting the HR solutions by handling support tickets
  • Solving and implementing continues business improvement requests to support the business grow and improve efficiency
  • Involvement in testing and implementation of new funcionalities in connection with upgrade of solutions
  • Participate in projects especially for interface set up
  • Contribute in shaping the roadmap for the future and execute it and drive development and deployment of existing and new solutions and ensuring a futureproof set up regarding to interfaces


What do you need to apply?
The position can be adjusted to your level of experience, which is why we welcome both junior and more experienced candidates to apply. We imagine, you have a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent within IT, business or similar. Most important is, that you have strong IT skills and knowledge combined with an interest to learn and deep into the systems within the HR area.  


Moreover, you:

  • Have good communication skills, and you speak and write English and Danish fluently
  • Have good collaborative skills
  • Are structured, self-driven and pro-active
  • Have good IT skills. Experience in SAP and knowledge of HR solutions would be a plus.
