Students & Apprenticeships
HR Student Assistant, COO Business HR
Job Description

Are you looking for a student job, where you can turn your theoretical knowledge into practical experience working with change management, organisational development and building a great workplace?

You will join a diverse team of 12 awesome colleagues in various roles, all working with an agenda to build an organization with a great culture and highly engaged and motivated people. We are eager to take part in your development, and we look forward to sharing our knowledge with you – and hear your ideas.

We believe that everyone in Grundfos has passion and potential – as well as the power to influence. This is the kind of inclusive environment where you will work as a student assistant.

What is the job about?

Your tasks will vary depending on both our needs in the team, and on where your interests and experience lie. We know that you are in the early stages of your career, and we care about giving you opportunities to explore different topics within HR.

Some of the tasks you may be working with include:

•    Planning and driving communication and employee engagement activities.
•    Supporting the development, deployment and daily operations of people development programs.
•    Facilitation of workshops.
•    Assisting with consolidation of output from meetings, workshops, and teamwork.
•    Supporting our HR Business Partners.
•    Administrative tasks ad hoc.

As our new Student Assistant, we expect you to work up to 15 hours per week. Your work location will be our headquarters in Bjerringbro, Denmark, with the possibility of working from home on agreed days. We are of course also flexible with scheduling your working hours around busy exam periods and other schoolwork.

What do you need to apply?

•    You are studying at a bachelor’s or master’s level.
•    You have a strong passion for working with people and how to build a great workplace, where people can work, learn and grow.
•    You show initiative and work proactively and independently on assignments.
•    You speak and write English fluently.

We don’t expect you to be an expert, so don’t worry if you haven’t worked with all topics previously, if you have a curiosity to learn and eagerness to contribute – you’ll be equipped with the other tools you may need to succeed.
