Welcome to our global IT organisation
At our HQ in Bjerringbro, you will, as part of our global IT organisation, join our IS HR Solutions department. Here you will work side by side with our new agile product teams, consisting of both colleagues and users from HR and from IT like yourself. Together we create a new agile way of working closely together, building the best IT solutions in collaboration with our external tech partners.

What is the job about?
You will be responsible of deliver business consultancy towards HR, deliver solution architecture and ensure that it links with the Grundfos IT business platform. Together with the team, you will be responsible of the backbone of the HR IT systems to support Grundfos and to ensure that employees have a positive and seamless experience – covering solutions from SAP SuccessFactors as main HRM application, but also different application in the area of Payroll, Time & Attendance, Onboarding, Performance Management, Learning Management, HR Reporting and other HR solutions. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Participate in the delivery area strategy
  • Be accountable for providing business consultancy within the business area
  • Be responsible for delivering area architecture/business unit architecture
  • Secure the overall information architecture and ensure that solutions are aligned with the architectural framework
  • Act as escalation point for architectural issues
  • Be responsible for supervision in the team and informal leadership

What do you need to apply?
We imagine, you have a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent within IT, business or similar combined with several years of relevant experience working with complex HR and payroll and time solutions in a global company. This includes experience working with:

  • SAP SuccessFactors
  • HR Master data
  • Kronos Time Management
  • SAP Payroll

Moreover, you:

  • Have experience within IT architecture and consultancy across IT and business
  • Have experience with executing complex or specialized projects and activities
  • Possess strong knowledge of best practices
  • Have good communication skills, and you speak and write English fluently. Danish is a plus.
  • Have good collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Have focus on delivering, a good sense of priorities and are able to work systematically as well as independently to deliver the right solutions
