HR Director – Global HR Business Partner, Commercial Building Services

Do you have a Global experience in People and Organization strategy managment? We are looking for a highly motivated, result-oriented HR Director – Global HR Business Partner who will support our Commercial Building Services division. 

 

The position can either be based in Hungary or Denmark. However, the company is also open to receiving applications from professionals who are located near any Grundfos office worldwide. 
Successful applicant will be required to undertake some travel, which may account for approximately 20%-30% of their working time annually.
 

What is the job about?
 

Translate the Grundfos HR & Division strategy into relevant People plans to support the business strategy in the Division. Ensure plans are translated into HR activities and drive the efforts globally, partnering with relevant stakeholders in and outside of HR in order to support the Division’s performance and strengthen the human capital capability. Is the custodian of the Grundfos values.
 

Your main responsibilities:

·    Overall responsible for the HR Business Partnering for the Global Sales organization 
·    Establish objectives, processes, operational efficiency and concrete execution plans linked to the targets set.
·    Lead, guide, coach and develop the leadership team, aligning with the vision of the business leader to ensure that the respective functional group achieves the business objectives in compliant with Grundfos processes 
·    Provide advice and spar with the global/regional leadership team on all HR issues.
·    Lead organizational change and design activities – ensure fit towards Grundfos Design Principles, business objectives and Grundfos Strategy.
·    Accountable for annual HR processes (organizational reviews, EMS, performance management, succession management and talent management)
·    Custodian of the Grundfos values in the area; ensuring that the Grundfos values are reflected/integrated in all leadership decisions and People Plans in the area.
·    Actively participate and drive key People Projects within the Division People Strategy, develop the roadmap and deploy successfully
·    Point of contact for key processes on the Annual HR Wheel, including deployment of new global approaches initiated from the Group HR, collects input to the development of new global approaches and feeds requests back, right up to ensure successful roll out to the Division
·    Lead Project Manager for Division People Strategy, providing informal leadership to key members to ensure close follow-up that all deliverables are met and that bi-monthly reports are completed and submitted on time. Part of the A3 Project Manager team and works closely with the Division Strategy Manager.
·    Drive competency development and active participation in Learning Board activities, in close partnership with HR Learning Partner.  


Your background
We imagine that you have:


·    Experience leading and driving key HR initiatives in a Global set-up 
·    Experience developing and executing key strategic initiatives within a complex business environment; experience working in a large manufacturing environment is preferred 
·    Extensive experience operating and leading a large team and/or complex processes within HR.
·    Most likely to have approx. 10-20 years of relevant work experience before entering level.
·    Extensive experience managing senior stakeholders
·    Previous experience with developing ideas, frameworks and structure and leading HR Projects.
·    Ideally to have strong experience in the area of Learning and Competency Development.
·    Strong Project Management skills
