What is the job about?
As a Global Product Manager – Modular Systems, you will join our global Commercial Building Services team. You will be managing a new product line with high growth expectations and a unique opportunity to influence the future of our prefabricated modular systems for HVAC and District Energy
Your main responsibilities:
- Managing the full lifecycle of existing products, ensuring they meet market needs and performance standards.
- Specifying and launching new innovative products that are customer-centric and aligned with market trends.
- Collaborating with a global team to drive product development and innovation.
- Generating overview and structure in a complex product portfolio.
- Ensuring the commercial performance and value creation of the product line.
Your background
We imagine that you have:
- Engineering and/or Business Management degree
- Background in mechanical prefabricated systems with focus on modularity
- Experience from HVAC and District Energy applications
- More than 5 years of experience in product management.
- Structured mindset with the ability to manage complex product portfolios.
- Significant business acumen and understanding of value creation and commercial performance.
- Proven track record of driving product innovation and achieving business goals.
- Willingness to travel around 30 days a year.
