Ready to lead global product excellence?
As our Global Product Specialist, you’ll ensure top-tier product and application support across global teams, making knowledge accessible and actionable. You’ll also drive innovation by delivering key technical specifications for development projects.


Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the global anchor for product and application support, ensuring technical excellence and market relevance across our product portfolio. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain product knowledge, support development, and drive customer-centric improvements. Moreover, you will:

  • Provide product and application support to global sales and service companies.
  • Specify global product variants in collaboration with Product Manager and Technical Product Owner.
  • Validate product documentation and ensure alignment with market needs.
  • Maintain and share application knowledge across the organization.
  • Deliver product-specific training and keep training materials up to date.

 

In relation to new developments:

  • Support development projects by contributing to product concept specifications and ensuring technical excellence.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in the product range and initiate improvement activities.
  • Participate in development projects as technical interface between market and project teams.
  • Ensure field tests reflect real-world applications and obtaining customer insights.
  • Assist in campaigns for new product launches with technical input and training.

 

Your background
We imagine that you have a solid technical background and a commercial mindset, enabling you to connect product expertise with customer needs. You’re motivated by collaboration, learning, and delivering results in a global context.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A background as Engineer, Marine Engineer, or Technician with technical and commercial knowledge.
  • Preferably a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to apply expertise, present information clearly, and deliver results under pressure.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
