What is the job about?
You will be an Architect with Project Management tasks in the Projects and Investments Department at Group Facility Management. Moreover, you will:
- Be responsible for creating architectural concept development addressing business demand
- Be responsible for the management of building, refurbishment or improvement projects
- Ensure the alignment of internal stakeholders, as well as external partners and authorities
- Be responsible for the economy, scope and quality and timely delivery of the projects
- Coordinate internal resources, consultants and contractors to achieve the project goals
- Use standard reporting and analytical tools to support decision making and benchmarking
- Assess and continually improve the project management practice and tools.
What do you need to apply?
We imagine that you:
- Hold an accredited degree in an Architectural subject and have 1-5 years of experience,
- Have 1-5 years of experience within building project management
- Are excellent planning and in organisational skills
- Pay attention to detail and have a quality driven approach
- Have effective communication skills
- Are fluent in Danish and have a good command of both written and spoken English
- Are highly skilled in office and tecnhnical software (CAD, BIM MS-Office, Teams)
- Have experience working with AB18, ABR18 and ABT18 contractual framework and FIDIC contracts is an advantage.
